Entertainers to the bone. Naturally funny… Authentically. To have these girls in your family must be frustrating… only because you can't ever have them to yourselves. To discover new thoughts that they might have for having to repeat old ones all the time? My family is Mexican, too. As there isn't a whole bunch of excitement… lot's of 1st time graduates from colleges & stuff like that (which is what makes me think of their song EVOLVE). Except for one. My nephew played MLB for Miami Marlins a few years ago. He gained some recognition at closing position & put up some good numbers. That got him a spot in the All-Star game. While it got him lot's of attention, it took away our time with him. When we had it (his time) it was unreasonable to ask him about playing baseball. Imaging that! He talks baseball all day every day… just to reach the house & have a wall of questions… about baseball? I can only imagine that level of frustration. Anyway… my point was that it has to be frustrating to be asked to perform when at family functions, though it's probably much different when you are able to create music amongst yourselves? I mean… it ain't a baseball field… it’s a guitar. A bass. The drums. The amount of attention that you have to divvy out, is what I mean. Thanks, for sharing! Another Mexican in Texas.
