I would suggest to discuss with WMG team. However, if your current project manager do not want to release you then you would have to wait for 18 months before you can officially take release and look for other projects.
There won't be any problem. I have seen few of my batchmates leaving it in 2nd or 3rd year because they got exceptionally well package outside. However you do have to pay service agreement breakage penalty which would be mentioned in your offer letter, so just remember that.

Actually this decision is truly yours and based on your situations, If you can pursue MCA from any NITs then surely go for it without any second thought, But if there are some financial reasons or anything also if you want to enter into IT sector then come here in WILP. There is a struggle but it's worth of for a UG fresher and after a certain time everyone comes in same zone. Think by yourself Do you really want to start your career ? Obviously if opted yes you'll get more work experience comparative to other PG students at certain point of time and your skills and work experience only matters in IT

In any company you will be learning by yourself only no one is gonna bring the spoon in mouth for you to eat. Now coming to main thing i wanna clear some points- 1) You can leave the organisation after paying the bond break amount which over the years get reduces. 2) Every thing is about luck if you get mapped to any good project then your experience is going to be amazing otherwise still in support projects everywhere is knowledge available. So focus on learning. 3) Decide by your ownself because the corporate sector is same for everyone. It depends how good you can manage. 4) If you are preferring salary then wait and apply for more opportunities. I hope this made you somewhat clear.

Hi sir, recently i got bits Pilani WILP mail from cognizant. Most imp question is if i switch from company what will happen to mtech ? In FAQ section, i read that we can do that as cognizant does not have any bond but sponsored money should be given back. It's ok from company, but BITS allow that ?
