    Nice recipe mataji. I tried this today. The taste was Awesome but my malpuas were sticking in the bottom of the pan. Although I took the same amount of ghee like yours, the only difference was that I used a flat bottomed steel kadhai instead of nonstick kadhai. So did that affect the results or there could be some other reason?

      Hare Krishna. Yes, in this recipe you need to opt for a non stick kadhai. As using steel would lead the malpua to stick to the bottom. Thank you. 🙏🏻🌸
