If she would give it one more good squeeze sometimes it all would come out. I think sometimes she gets in a rush no biggie tho.

Why isn't the skin hot steamed or hot wet towel applied first(careful not too hot to burn) ? It opens pores and makes extraction much easier and less squeezing skin trauma !
