Hi there. The T4 does have calibration mode, it must be activated via the compatible Crowcon software to allow manual calibrations to take place. Calibrations must be performed by a trained individual. It is recommended to have the monitor calibrated every 6 months and bump test the monitor before each day's use. You can send your monitor to your local service centre and request that manual calibration be switched on. Send your monitor to us if you do not have a service centre near you. This can be switched back on via the software, which can be found here: www.crowcon.com/help-and-advice/technical-support/software-downloads/ If you do not have the licensing to do so, we recommend sending your T4 unit to a local service center where they will be able to calibrate the unit and switch this setting back on. @@Frontline-safetyCoUk your local service do not want to do that so my users can not calibrate the device by themself, so we must go to your local service and pay whatever price they charge to us which is very expensive just to calibrate the device not to mention the service takes too much time
@@Frontline-safetyCoUk Hi I have same issue that it is disabled in the menu - So I did connect it to the software - but it cannot be turned on in the software - the enabling mark gray and cannot be marked to enable.....Appreciate for your advise

If you have not been fully service trained by Crowcon, this will not be an available option. This must be provided via Crowcon and requires official training.
A bit disappointed with my T4. There's no calibration mode. I have been lock by supplier and they won't allow us to do our own monthly calibration.
