  • How often do you find yourself using popularized words typically associated with mental health, such as:
    Toxic - "That person is toxic" or "She's in a toxic relationship."
    Narcissist - "He's a total narcissist."
    Gaslighting - "Stop gaslighting me."
    OCD - "I am sorry. I get so OCD about such things."
    There are so many more, but I think we can all related to having heard such words uttered from our own lips much less the lips of others.
    In this episode of "Are You In Session?", Mary and Josie are going to discuss what seems to be a growing trend of mental health words or words associated with mental health becoming popularized. Are these certain words being overused, if so, what are the implications of that? Mary and Josie will tackle these questions and more.
