    Sir agar load 100% acheive ho geya hai or 100gpm 44 F water secondary pump k through chala geya or 100gpm 44 F decoupler line se primary motor mai a geya than ye 100gpm with 44F and return se 100gpm with 56F mill ke low delta T nahi ho jeya ga?

      Ek size chota le kr connect kr do, part load pe chiller run karega, kabhi bhi 100% water to return lena nhi hai decoupler se.

    Sir first question k reply k liay thanks clear ho gya he, mera second question ye he k Ap nay jasy btya k off load pay jo return air ay gi us ka temperature b 56 rhy ga lakin jo water by pass ho raha he secondary pump say us ka temperature tu 44 hi rhy ga, is terha jb AHU ka retrurn Aur by pass ka water mily ga tu temperature 56 say km ho ker 50 nhi ho jay ga same constant volume system ki terha?

      Video me maine explain kiya h k part load pe hmara 3 chiller me se 1 chiller off ho jayega or uske sath sath 1 primary pump v off ho jayega...jaise hi primary pump off hoga us case me bhut hi come amount me CHW bypass hoga jisse CHWR k temperature me bhut minutes difference ayega jiski wajah se baaki ke 2 chiller unload hone shuru jayege jisse k hmari power consumption come ho jayegi..ek chiz mai or add krna chahunga k primary-secondary system me secondary pump ka water flow maximum case me primary pump se zyada hota hai, kyu ke building me bhut sare equipments hote h to secondary loop me zyada GPM chahiye hota hai..isliye water bhut kam amount me bypass hota hai...

    Sir Ap nay jis terha video me kaha k jb aik AHU ka 2 way valve close ho ga tu dosry AHU ka b 2 way valve close ho jay ga Aur load kam ho jay ga but mera question ye he k her aik floor ki apni cooling requirement hoti he suppose AHU #1 pay load km hota he tu lazmi tu nhi he k baki AHU ka load b km ho?

      Mere kahne ka mtlab hai k jaise jaise floor pe temperature achieve hota jayega waise waise us AHU ka 2-way valve usi ratio me band hota jayega or jisse k ahu k accross water flow kam hota jayega or wo water Bypass line se cross ho kr primary me chala jayega....aisa ko rule nhi h k at a time sare ahu ka valve band hoga..ye understood hai k valve tab band hoga jab room ya floor ka temperature achieve hoga.....I hope ab aapko clear ho gaya hoga... comment kr ke confirm zarur krna.. thank you

    And sir zaroori nahi k har floor pe aik aik Ahu hon or hum pd sensor top pe lagaty hyn but design requirment agr ahus aik floor pr 2 ya 3 bhi hotay hyn or remaining floor pr 1 ya 2 to dp sensor kahan adjust kerte hyn than how it works out?

    dps which line it be placed,as there is 2 rises supply return.which floor it be placed if it is 6 floor building,

      DPS has two ports, one portt will be connected to Supply line and other one will be connected with Return line to get the pressure difference between supply and return line

    excellent video, u said PDS will be installed at high level, why? might i will got required temperature at low level floor, 2ndly if i have industry and all AHU,s will be on one roof horizontally, where i have to install PDS?

      Hi, I think we receive the highest pressure at the last ahu either in case of vertically placed or in horizontal placed AHUs, that's why we are installing PDS there.

    Good explanation...but what will happen if in case valves of secondary pump circuit are closed and PP is still running? Like, is it possible if there may be no secondary pump?

      Secondary pump ki frequency kam ho jayegi jisaki wjh se secondary pump ka RPM kam hoga or water flow v kam ho jayega jo energy saving ka sabse bada reason h

    Dear sir, i could not get one point , why allways we put the 2way valve or picv valve on the outlet of the ahu or fcu , can we put it on inlet of fcu/ ahu , and put actuator which operate on temp sensor of return air , if room temp achived then it will close the supply valve to fcu , which is same as if we put picv down stream the fcu

    Sir apna 2 chiller 200tr
    iska GPM 800 hua but mera questions ye hi ki sir building ka load 50 percent hua toh vsd pump slow hua ab building ko 400gpm chahiye ye decopler line h vsd pump ke inlet and primary pump ke inlet se connect h sir ye samjh nhi aa raha h apna primary pump constent h ye depcopler se 800gpm le lega building 400gpm nhi ja payega sir depouler par automatic valve hona chahiye ki building ka 50 percent load ho toh decoupler valve se 50 percent water bypass ho

      Good observation...jab building 50 prcnt pe operate hogi to schematic k according usko 600 GPM chahiye hoga or hamara primary pump 800 GPM delivered krega jisse decoupler se 200 GPM by pass hoga..ek point maine add nhi kiya jo mai add krna chahunga... primary-secondary system me secondary loop me zyada GPM building ko delivered krta hai maximum cases me...agar aap kisi v site pe jao waha dekhna building ka load zyada hoga to secondary pump ka flow rate primary se zyada hota hai to is case me building ko v zyada GMP chahiye hota hai kyu k bhut sare AHU hote hai..to us case me thoda paani bypass hota hai.... decoupler line pe automatic valve nahi lagate hai pani ka flow pump k pressure drop k according hota hai

      Video mil jayegi apko....I hope apka doubt clear ho gaya hoga.... primary pump ka pura paani decoupler se suck nhi krega kyu k secondary pump v running condition me hai to wo v paani suck krega or aage building me bhejega... decoupler is chiz ko mind me rakh kr kiya jata hai uske bich ka pressure drop is trh se design kiya jata h k pura paani wapis se primary pump me na aye....

    dps be placed in which line as there is both supply and return line,for example 6floor building which floor it be placed.can i have ur mail id i have some doubt to learn can u help me out.

      Vfd means variable frequency drive
      Vsd means variable speed drive.

      @trick-tech6623 zyada gyani ban jate ho. VFD or VSD k bare me ye video nahi h....ye Video piping system k bare me jisme pump ki speed vary karti h. Speed vary karne k liye VFD or VSD dono ka use Kiya jata h kyu dono ka kaam ek hi hai. Agar VFD k bare me janna hai to dusri video dekh lo.
