Tough call! Both are great! Maybe go with Dryad since her clouds tear every chaos up! And those thick vines are amazing in almost every piece of content in the game!
Here you go! Try to get your defenses at max atk rate, then get some boost action (aura/beam) for those funny crit dmg numbers; use walls if needed, try to get your relics to max c9 upgrade level! Thise are general things. For towers, if built fissures are so good, if still in the works nether archers or Dragon nests are good options.
