Sleep training as in letting them cry to sleep, going shhhhh to them while they are crying and exhaust themselves to sleep. And in almost 3 days they realise nobody is gonna comfort them at this time, so they keep sleeping.
This is what is called sleep training where I live but explained in a well modernized manner but it is what it is. Never tried but definitely looked into them when little ones weren't sleeping well.
All your answers are so cute and ideal. Very normal for this phase. Enjoy it. Reality and experience will be so different! Best of luck to you both. ❤
