I hate sharks but the markup on this record was so ridiculous i just had to sell it. Shipped it from Arnhem to Sidney I believe, let that bruv enjoy his irreplaceable wax. I had the wavs and was honestly just banging this about as a DJ record when I found out it had 30x’ed. Still don’t miss it. The technics on the other hand cost me 300 as part of a pair, followed by many hours to resolder and replace pretty much every grease-infested component there is in there. The pair had been sitting next to a deep fryer in some hick’s garage. The sibling never made it, systemic failure of multiple organs made it hard for even the local guru with scope to pinpoint what was wrong. I felt really guilty selling that one on to some poor sod who was sure he knew what was wrong and that it was an easy fix. This turntable is priceless to me if only for the PowerHouse and Blauwdruk stickers which are not things you can go out and buy. Your possessions possess you. Cheers
Not only did I learn to beat match on this 1200, I also learned that anyone can do pretty much anything, even a complete noob can replace every internal component on a complicated vintage piece of kit. Never soldered anything before that in my life. Testament to the value of RUclips-tutorials and the world of online forums. 🧃

This version is awesome. The 'RAF zone' remix of this track turned out being the most successful. RAF being Mauro Picotto's label and CRW being his original Pseudonym DJ name. Mauro Picotto Rules! When I found out CRW was him, dang.
