I've got my adapters from earmor page, and they are locked in one position, i cant push them "outside" i tried and i'm afraid i'll break them

@@mr.jordan6626 yeah you just need to pull real and i mean REALLY hard, what you could also try is opening it and bending the metal piece a bit maybe it will be easier

Same here. The mounts are just so stiff I feel I would just bend the metal wires. And when attached to a helmet, they just snap off the helmet mount as it can't deal with so much side force. Meanwhile, the helmet mount is quite good fit, because it was quite hard to insert the mount.
Did you get any resolution?

Mine won't bend and they won't fit in my ARC rails, it's like they weren't molded properly or fully machined or something. I reached out to customer service we'll see how this goes

I buoght It today, my dad just sliced some plastic from the headphones off and It fits perfect now and It still hold like welded

Same here. Besides fitting a small pillow under the helmet to raise the whole thing, not sure if there is any other solution. Did you make any other solution?
