Thanks for this, much appreciated, however sometimes you can't avoid cutting, I think. In my case my bolts were seized right to the bushings, and cutting it was the only way out. However, really well documented video, and helped out quite a bit! Thanks!
Excellent thankyou. Currently off roading and my mates disco3 top arm there has collapsed in half due to corrosion! So sat at ECP waiting for them to open to get the part...then do it in the field... Eeek
@@wardysworx it was horrific. That is no doubt the worst design of arm ever. Do Landrover have toddlers designing their suspension? That top bolt, without getting a socket on either end, just impossible. The nut was just smooth from corrosion. So we spent 5hrs cutting and chiseling the nut off. Horrific. Abandoned the weekend out as we then found the other arm to be ready to collapse. What junk. My FWD Peugeot 306 didn't have any of these issues and didn't get stuck following along! Thanks for the guide though!
Video is brilliant, but within the first two minutes, I’ve decided, definitely Gotta go to the shop because I think there’s too many things that can be broken
@@wardysworx small world 😅 I'm in the market for another d3 and 1 I'm looking at gonna need rear upper arms doing, would you entertain doing it for me if I pull the trigger on it?

Great advice and a job made easier many thanks 🙏
Nice one thanks!
Nice! Subscribed.
Good video pal , how long did it take you to do each one ?
Cheers not as bad as I thought , 3 wishbones came up as advisories on MOT so I'm gonna do all 8 🙊
How much would you charge to do a job like is in 2024
I think you would be looking at 600 for both sides including the arms
Thankyou!
This looks to be a major pain in the ass!
Argh.
It's is!
That you have to cut the brake lines, I'm getting hate on it
No other way. They were knackered

Where do you get the nuts and bolts from Mate? The worst part was having to listen to @piggy.power winge and wax about Land Rovers all day 🤣🤣🤣
