Thank you for your story! I'm so sick of all this toxic positivity that is out there. All that "You have to be high vibe and convince yourself that you already have your desire, even though you really feel like a piece of shit." I've personally manifested things from very low, desperate states and I think there is a lot of power in these kinds of states, because needing help so badly, made me more open to receive and accept it. When I don't have the energy to obsess over my desire, because all I'm focused on is survival, and I just send out this cry for help, in these moments I think the energy is automatically more focused, because I don't have the luxury of bitching around with various things in my reality.
I'm not religious, never have been, but there has always been this higher power, that I had inner conversations with and that I could ask for answers and help, long before I came across all the law of attraction and spiritual stuff. I just called it my inner voice. And for me it's very beneficial, that I experience it as something other than my human self too. It takes off pressure.

I always found it odd that these manifestation coaches would always say you have to be in a positive mood all the time and only then you're gonna manifest, like? I always thought there has to be more to it cause i personally manifested things when in my lowest point too so yeah you just have to let yourself feel whatever you're feeling without resisting
@@jinhub2175 Yeah, I feel like resistance is the only real problem. But there is a loop hole even for that: Just accept that you're in resistance right now and let it be and will resolve itself. Easier said than done though, I know...

So beautiful your words, that's also how I see the energies in me and my manifestations. We don’t have to worry that energy is stuck in us, it never gets stuck, so we don’t have to force ourselves in doing anything other than to relax so we can only do the easiest thing

Esnackly. Most peoole are just unthinking rubes. All that energy trying to justify their loneliness and regret. When they could just tell themselves "I deserve someone" why not? For people so obsessed with virtue signaling about how love is love, prove it. Say boldly and proudly everyone deserves someone. Everyone should have someone. We'd all be better people for it. Because not only would we be happier thereby being less bitchy and whiny, but we'd inevitably want to do things. Things for our partner, for ourselves, we'd feel energized and have a burning desire to grow that seed and make a family and a life together. That's what love is. The relationship, the sex, those are just symptoms.

Shutting down different thoughts feelings and emotions is not a good way to deal with neural maps. Just cus you black out certain territories on the map doesn't mean it's not there in the terrain. Affirmations can shift perspective but there can still be deep deep avoidance which will rear its head at some point.
There’s a big difference between ignoring emotions and nervous system cues and shifting thoughts. Thoughts can and should be ignored, emotions should be felt, then moved through.

Before I use to be depressed and always sad because I use to think negative but this year Alhamdulilah I been seeing videos abt manifesting and I’m starting to think positive and trying to get rid of negative thoughts every time it comes to my mind and I’m starting to see Allah blessing come my way alhamdulilah. We need to get rid of the past and not worry abt the future and focus on the present and have Allah has fulfilled your duas and think positive thoughts it will come

So SP as in special person, not a specific person. I think this part should always be stated outright.
SP is a specific person, can be your parents, co-worker, friends, even a stranger you saw one time or someone you saw in a dream. It’s a person who has specific qualities and identifiers to the manifestor. Thanks for watching ❤️

If you don't mind me asking - where do you see the line drawn between manifesting vs. prayer? I was pondering this today.
I see them as one and the same so long as you understand Allah(swt) is the one taking care of the “how”. Our faith is what manifests. Faith=belief=knowing=manifestation

I don’t have specific SP, but I do know what I want in terms of how my husband would look like as well as his traits, for instance, he’s got blue eyes, 6’2ft, he’s into healthy lifestyle, personal&spiritual growth, has a masculine energy etc etc (I have a long list 😂)
My questions are
1. how do I manifest him?

Sister, salaam. Thank you for the video. How many affirmations per day are best? How many times should we repeat them or does it matter? I feel pretty fulfilled in majority of the areas of my life, except in the romantic department. During a lot of self reflection I have discovered so many limiting beliefs that explain why this is for me but I feel so overwhelmed as to where to start. I have been praying, I do EFT, I do meditation. Often, I do catch myself entertaining those beliefs. But sometimes it is automatic and it is difficult to not think in a certain way. My lifetime dream is to become a mother and find a good life partner. Being in my 40s, my dream of having a biological child is dying. Of course, there still might be possibility of finding a partner. I have also discovered how my limiting beliefs attract people who are emotionally unavailable and who leave me. And I have struggled in releasing those beliefs. I am not sure how to do this, where to start. I read about affirmations, EFT, and such. But it is truly a battle. Please pray for me. Thank you.

To me manifestations is like making dua to Allah with conviction that your dua is already accepted. This is how manifestation works believing that it’s already happened. Changing self concept is important

You manifested an RP not an SP. “SP” means “specific person ,” not a random person you’ve never met.
I manifested a person with specific qualities ❤️ SP doesn’t have to be someone you’ve met, that’s just your belief.

It’s all about your intention and who you’re praying to. So long as you make dua with goodwill and pray to Allah it is no different whether you affirm or use subliminals.
You should only use subliminals if you know what they’re saying though, otherwise you have no way of knowing where they’re leading you.

I don’t really understand how this is supposed to be working ? I mean there are duas but you can’t manifest like you don’t decide anything but only Allah does. Even if I deeply want something “I” can’t force it to be mine. If Allah wants me to have it I’ll do maybe by using duas. But I’m not judging ofc and I’d love to have some explanation about it.
You are correct in that it is Allah(swt) who answers prayers, when, where, and how he pleases. He did also give us free will and dominion over our own thoughts. He gave us dominion over the Earth and all the things and creatures of the Earth. Interpret that as you will ❤️

I used to be into law of attraction until I realised we don’t manifest anything it’s against Islam. We ask Allah and do our bit and then have tawwakul (100% faith), do good deeds and there you go

Hey there. Can ya help me out I really need a loving boyfriend in my life, I really wanna have him look like my favourite fictional character and have all those traits,
Use your favorite method ie. scripting, affirming, visualizing or any combination. Imagine their voice in your ear, their outfits while going on dates, and affirm your self concept as their version of you who already has your SP.

That’s your belief 😊 Specific person means exactly what it means. A specific person. Could be known or unknown. Could be a new person or old person. Could be your best friend, boss, a stranger, your parents, etc. SP does not apply only to a romantic partner you have a history with. Even if it did, my advice is sound and it applies to manifesting everything, not only SP.
As a Muslim I’m surprised you talk about asking the universe for help and not Allah SWT.

There are plenty of Christian manifestation coaches who teach people of all religions because their channel and marketing is not geared specifically towards Christians. There are equally as many channels that are run by atheists teaching manifestation that religious people watch.
It makes zero difference being a Muslim coach vs a Hindu, or any religion for that matter. I teach manifestation as a whole, it just so happens that I identify as a Muslim woman. That doesn’t mean I should be forced or expected to only teach people who follow my religion, when I’m not teaching specifically my religion. (Aside from the literal fact that Islam teaches and proves manifestation in so many irrefutable ways.)

We Muslims pray 5x a Day 😊
As a revert I am easing my way into routine prayer. As a believer before Islam I prayed all day long as needed. If I experienced waiting, I prayed for patience. If I experienced pain, I prayed for relief. If I experienced joy, I prayed in gratitude and asked for more reasons to be joyful. Prayer is a way of life to me, so I truly have made it such a habit to turn to my lord throughout the day ❤️

You give it meaning. Maybe he’s not contacting you because his job is high pressure. Maybe he’s been sick, or is taking care of a sick family member. Maybe he’s focused on himself right now and knows he needs to be his best self to be his best in relationships.
In the meantime work on yourself. Become your own best friend. Be obsessed with yourself and your growth. Persistence is key ❤️
Did you have a routine when affirming?
I affirmed when it felt natural, and when it gave me confidence. It wasn’t on a strict schedule or forced in any way.
