This is almost the same as we do in the netherlands, but we do it for an other holiday in december named sinterklaas, we make suprises, everyone draws a lot with a name on it, for that person you have to buy something for an agreed amount, you write a poem and put the presents in your surprise (often the surprise is something that person likes, for example someone likes games, then you make a controller out of cardboard and put the presents in there)
The kids all seemed to appreciate the gifts they received. They didn’t seem to care how much things cost or whether they got a gift better or worse than anyone else’s. It was so great to see!
I've been watching the kids since they were little, it is wonderful to see how much they have grown and respect they have for each other. Hannah saying her twin is Max really warmed my heart. Hannah is definitely beautiful inside and out. Brodie's heart is huge for him to know right off hand shows his attention to detail. Hailey is definitely a sweetheart along with Max.
