These guys are guilty, no doubt, but on the flip side, it is a lot of pressure to decide someone's fate, so patience is all that is needed at the moment justice will just be served

Agreed. There are 3 defendants = 3 Trials. They seem to be focusing on Boatwright and if they find him guilty, then all done because Fl has Felony Murder. If anyone dies in the commission of a felony, it's like you pulled the trigger yourself. They may be held up on premeditation and why they keep lookin at phone data on just prior and right after. That to me is difference between 1st degree and 2nd if that is where they are hung up. Really all they need to do is say yep their plan was armed robbery (felony) and X died during. Felony Murder done. Lock em up throw away the key!
But took less then 5 mins to decide XXX's fate.

The judge has an early morning docket. Then sometimes there are motions where jury can't be present. They can make you come at 8 am but you'll sit and wait until the judge is ready for you. That's how it works in Broward county.

I think the screenshot of the firearms was the only situation where it could've just been anything tbh. Besides that there's so much evidence of them being there murderers.
Bro in my state juries get 15 dollars a day to show up and 50 dollars a day if they are picked for a trial. Don't expect them to work hard for that pay.
All the more reason for them to do their duty and get to the verdict, so they can go home. It has nothing to do with the pay. Furthermore a young man lost his life, he deserves their time to deliver justice for X's life. The evidence is clear as day, which it is!

Just wanna put out there, it’s a misconception to believe that the longer jury takes = more likely for not guilty. It’s taking longer than I’d hope too, but in the grand scheme of things it hasn’t been that long considering it’s 3 defendants and they are all facing first degree murder + armed robbery charges.
Somebody commented on the live stream of the trial that Chucky or boatwright has a friend/cousin on the jury but that’s 100% not true. The state 10000% would’ve had them kicked off the jury during juror selection.

I hope ur rite but I have seen many many trials and my faith in jurors is very very low. How can it take this long with so much evidence. I’ve seen ppl get convicted for less quicker.

This is ridiculous! The judge is letting the jury get away with to much. They want to come in at 10:30, start at 11:00, take an hour lunch at 1:00 and leave at 4:30 - and the judge allows it and says “whatever keeps the jury happy”.
Most judges tell jurors to show up at 8:30, be ready to start deliberations at 9:00 and you don’t leave until 5:30 or 6:00.
My 4 year old puts in more hours everyday at Pre-K than this jury does deliberating. They’re LAZY. This is so disrespectful to the victim’s family.

Y'all need to remember this is 3 trials in one so while it is very clear, there is a lot of evidence and about 9 different options for each defendant. I would rather them take the extra time and make sure air tight and will hold up under scrutiny of appeals. This will be automatic appeal if found guilty. I agree that the judge should be a little more firm with them reporting and spending more time. Great job covering and Williams was laughin at the Easter Marshmallow outfit co def is wearing. LOL

its because there is prolly one juror that doesnt agree its First degree murder they can always come back with a lesser included charge like 2nd degree murder because they dont believe it was premeditated or particularly heinous etc

@@Jelaniwaters I don't think they wanted to kill X, but what happened is that X was trying to resist and fight the gunmen/robbers when he should have NOT fought with them. In my opinion, this could have been avoided or not result in a death if X just gave up his stuff to them. He was rich and all that money isn't worth a life. Yeah, I agree they are guilty of murder, but I am unsure if this was first degree.

If you was really following the case then you heard The judge explained it works for the county and courts because starting at 8am or leaving at 5pm includes overtime hours pre and post the 8-5 shift. These guilty losers don’t deserve extra tax payers dollars.

They are having Friday off now so no verdict until Monday. The judge made a good point though. They’ve been coming in and sitting doing nothing for hours whilst the lawyers argue various motions and it’s a big commitment to be on a jury for so long . But boy it’s getting worrying that some of the jury believe there’s reasonable doubt

There’s no way the jury isn’t going to find them guilty, it would be impossible to not find them guilty. It’s actually in a way better that the jury is taking so long to deliberate bcuz their looking into every single tiny detail instead of looking at the bigger facts to just come to a decision. I’m not a big fan of the system so to my own personal reasons but if they walk then there’s no faith in humanity or the system period and for cases like this if it shows someone’s clearly guilty then by all means please put them boys on the shelf and call it a day. Very appreciative of u following this case it’s been a long saddening journey

I think Mr. Boatwright should produce the weapons on his phone so they can be tested. Where are they? Where did he get them from? Based on the fire arm in the picture on his phone, does that match with the projectiles that took XXX Tentacion's life? What happened to all of the money they all had? Where is it? Most juries have a couple of people that need to be convinced 100% and will always ask to see the evidence even though they know they are guilty. Not guilty verdicts usually happen quickly. In this case you may have a couple of jurors that are deciding between 1st and 2nd degree murder.
