I just passed on the first attempt. It was plainly God who did mine. Bcos I didn't study, out of 3k practice questions. I only practice 211 questions. My CAT assessment the day before I scored 54% FAIL, but God showed up for me on the exam. It was so simple that I was scared if I wasn't just blind clicking.

Interesting that everyone who passed the NCLEX the first time with as little as 85 questions, all have given the Glory to GOD and have testified of how they trusted GOD!!! SEEING a pattern??

Thanks for connecting 😘 Oh God’s grace, it’s not easy but with God’s grace you can do it! I actually didn’t have a study calendar 😅I just read the different systems individually and started practicing with questions. On way way to work and during my breaks at home, I’d listen to Nexus nursing in RUclips as well as simple nursing. At home, I read the Mark Klimek book (See my description) .

If you’re able to assess your knowledge u-world and have a comment on “high-chance of passing” then you can give it a try. If not, postpone the test until you’re ready

Why do you some nurses call patients client? I'm curious. I don't mean to offend.
It really depends on the stage of care and nurse-patient relationship. When not really sick and just got diagnosed, we can refer to them as clients but when they accept the diagnosis and care is initiated they become patients. This definition is also dependent on the business side of healthcare and one’s hospital’s policy 😊
