    ♡黑木耳香菇蒸鸡肉♡
    1。将半只鸡,大约600克。切块,然后先用一茶匙盐和一茶匙面粉抓洗去掉鸡肉的血腥味和杂物。再用清水洗干净。
    2。过后加入一勺生抽,一勺料酒,一勺蚝油,一茶匙糖,一茶匙盐,一茶匙芝麻油和一茶匙玉米淀粉,把鸡肉腌制至少半个小时以上。
    3。锅中加入适量的油,油热后先把50克切丝的生姜炒香,盛出备用。接着把20克蒜末也过油炒香,盛出备用。再将6朵浸泡好的香菇,切片后也下锅炒香,盛出备用。
    4。将黑木耳先排在蒸盘底层,黑木耳20克,要提前3个小时浸泡至完全涨发,然后把它切成块。
    5。再排上一半炒香的香菇,姜丝和蒜末。然后放入腌制好的鸡肉,把腌制鸡肉的料汁也倒进去。
    6。过后再将另一半的香菇,姜丝和蒜末盖在鸡肉上面。
    7。蒸锅预先烧开水,水滚后把鸡肉放下去蒸至少20分钟以上至到鸡肉熟就完成了。
    备注: 黑木耳,姜丝,香菇和蒜末的份量只共参考。朋友们可以依照个人喜好做调整。

    Steam Chicken with Black Fungus and Mushrooms
    1. Use half chicken about 600 grams. Cut into pieces, and then use a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of flour rub the chicken to remove the bloody smell and debris from the chicken. Then wash it off with clean water.
    2. Then add a spoon of light soy sauce, a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of oyster sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sesame oil and a teaspoon of cornstarch, and marinate the chicken for at least half an hour.
    3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, after the oil was heated, sauté 50 grams of shredded ginger until fragrant, and then set aside. And also 20 grams of minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, and set aside. Then use 6 soaked shiitake mushrooms, slice them and stir fry until fragrant, set aside too.
    4. Arrange 20 grams of black fungus on the bottom of the steaming pan. (the mushrooms must be soaked 3 hours in advance until they are fully expanded, and then cut it into pieces)
    5. After follow by add in half of the sauteed shiitake mushrooms, shredded ginger and minced garlic. Then put in the marinated chicken and the gravy have.
    6. Afterwards, cover the other half of the shiitake mushrooms, shredded ginger and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
    7. Boil water in the steamer in advance. After the water is boiled, put the chicken in and steam for at least 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
    Remarks: The amount of black fungus, shredded ginger, shiitake mushrooms and minced garlic are for reference only. Friends can make adjustments according to personal preferences.
