I could appreciate that Jenny at least owned up to it when it went too far and had the courage to tell Blair what really happened.

Then there's Chuck that everyone seems to forget tried to rape two girls Jenny who was 14 at the time, and Serena who was 16-17. But you're right. Jenny's worse than the rapist.
Ava Brown Juliet should’ve gotten some kind of consequence for what she did, the fact that she drugged her shows that she belonged in a mental institution. The only reason Serena didn’t go to the police was because she already felt bad enough for her brother being in jail for something he didn’t do because of her (even though her mother was the real reason he was in jail).
