“Like I’m gonna faull for that, come on” haha her aussie accent is really cute
No its not an aussie accent, she's just bad at english...
@@RealAlphaMale69??
@@RealAlphaMale69shes not bad at english tho..
So cute
@@RealAlphaMale69 There isn't a single standard Aussie accent. People from different regions sound different. It's the case in the UK, US as well. With other languages as well. Regional accents exist. Her English is more than fine, grammatically sound, etc. If someone who spoke like her stopped you to ask for directions, you wouldn't need to ask them to repeat themselves. Unless you're either really bad or have hearing problems.
I do think many fans are ignorant children who have never even left their city. If your sole exposure to a language is from media or from the people in your tiny community, it makes sense that you would make a fuss over something that seems slightly different from what you're used to. When I read what some fans type, sometimes I wonder if they have a brain injury. It's like they rubbed their face on the keypad. That's what I consider bad English.
So cute they know everything going in fandom
@@Sunny_flowers925hurt*💐
@monikuntalgautom9164 heart ❣
I think it’s because they’re still kids and are active in social media
@@jeshelmer4166it’s not about being kids but they love bunnies us and I appreciate them
@@Sunny_flowers925 Well it's obvious that they love bunnies but most kpop artist doesnt know anything that happen in their fandom even tho they also love it the same way as nwjns do. That's why I think nwjns know alot bcz of how active they're in the social media and they really like to see what their fandom is doing
I like her personality too much I think I'm starting to like her 😂
Me fr but like a while ago - Shes my bias now 😭
get in the line mate.
Hannis voice is so cute 🤩🤩🤩
It’s funny cuz it sounds like she is slowly realizing that it sounds like that the more she said it 😂
Exactly what I was thinking😭
i like to hear her voice all day long korean hanni and aussie hanni is different person
SHE''S too TOO FUNNY AND CUTE I SWEAR 😂🥰🥰🤣😂😂THE FUNNIESTT 🤣
Hanni’s accent is a bit less than Dani’s, but Dani DEFINITELY says “Naur” and “Gaur” 😂
Danielle definitely has more bogan english. The Aussie line is the best.
@@darcyanddutch yes, she's less than 26.67% (rounded)
nah it's just that they come from different parts of Australia
@@Nike-re4fq They don’t sound like the locals in either city. They just have their own unique accents, and also half Korean and half Viet will sound different to each other.
I love the Aussies but mocking the accent is so funny 😭
As an Aussie I fcking hate it, which is a pretty strong statement because we’re usually not too fussed with people making fun of us over cultural things
@@mercurykpop7412I find it annoying cause shit just isn't true 😂 cunts mocking our accent is fine but straight up kaking up noises? Nah mate 😂
@@mercurykpop7412they exaggerate so hard
I don’t hear the “aur” either
@@mercurykpop7412 100%, the stereotypes and exaggerations have always been my pet hate
@@mercurykpop7412 I’ve actually learned and studied the British Australian and Irish accent for theatre throughout hs. But saying the stereotypical accent is always funny. It’s no different than mocking the American accent 😭
Hanni is becoming my fave member of NewJeans.
Hanni casually throwing just a little shade on Dani lol
Lmao Hanni with the realization
her accent is to cute 😭
I friggen love Hanni - its something with Aussies in kpop man 😭
at the end she realized that she does sound like that and just agreed with it. LOL😂
00:20 lmao she became aware
😂 i love these girls!
I find her Aussie pronunciation heart-warming.
i feel like I could be bestie with Hanni she seem so fun to hang with 😭🫶🏼
Does it really sound like that?
Yaurrs it daurr 😂
Someone needs to tell Hanni thats literally how all other english speakers tease Australians about their accent. Lol its cute tho
Rose been catching it for years 😭😭 now 4th gen gotta share the pain 😅
her accent is not really that thick like bogan accent, e.g. paul hogan.
You sound perfect. Don't ever change!! Luv from Aust :)
OMG! She is so cute💘
2x words of the day today "nAuR" and "GaUr" 📖💪🧠
Hanni sounds so cute😍
I hope she doesn't see it as a negative, I love her accent.
Hanni becoming self aware:
I love her and dani's aussie accent saurr much❤
As an Aussie, I have to say the comments are accurate 😂 She sounds very Aussie
Coz she is... She is half australian
@@Living_in_bluebruh, she lived in Australia, she is full Vietnamese
I would say her accent is very Australian but with a bit of Viet in it lol
@@Caaarooo_0 she cant speak vietnamese sir ... ah no , she can speak but just a little bit.
@@Caaarooo_0no you’re imagining it. She can barely speak Vietnamese how is she supposed to have the accent?😂
Even her mom has an Aussie accent
The GAUR, also known as the Indian bison, is a bovine native to South Asia and Southeast Asia, and has been listed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List since 1986. The global population was estimated at a maximum of 21,000 mature individuals in 2016, with the majority of those existing in India.
Very adorable. 🥰
My bias🥰
She's my bias.
Hanni: "Does it really sound like that?"
"... ... ... naur..."
Hanni is my bias
Im aussie too and i always say the same why do ppl say naurrr? to me we sound like NoHhh rather than naurrr lolol😂
Ikr not Australian btw
I always thought this too, NoHhh looks far more accurate to me.
I don’t know why “naurrr” ever became a thing or why it persists, I’d interpret that to sound like “naaw”?! Which isn’t even close?! Like do people not actually listen to what it sounds like?! 😂
Americans are actually insane 😂 naur would sound like nahhh uhhh or norrr like dinosaur
Another Aussie here thinking the same… where did the au sound come from? I’d put a H or even a W Sound in before I’d put A or U…. 🤷♀️
@@josiepa3990omg same
I’m glad that I’m not the only one that thinks that.
Like, if people are gonna mock our accents can’t they at least do it right? lol
the way she says slipped is so australian
I almost can't believe how very very Aussie she sounds! :-D She sounds an awfully lot like my two oldest nieces, actually, who have spent nearly all their lives here in Sydney.
me being an aussie and can relate to hearing yourself
Yes, Hanni. It really does sound that cute.
Idk but i feel like hani and dani still have the strongest Aussie accent among the aussie kpop idols. Their accent is still pretty strong tbh, maybe it's because they have just recently debuted? Idk if their accent will fade years from now ... because people tend to lose their accent when they're away from their homeland soo yeah I'm not ready for that lol
that makes no sense. What do you lose your accent to? There has to be some sort of a default for that to happen
Im proud of my Aussie accent
"Does it?"
Me: *YES Ha-ney!!*
😅😂
As an Aussie, her accent is so cute XD
Sounds like go and no to me but, I’m Australian!!
ikr. i don't hear any '"aurs" when they speak those words. most likely a hearing issue which is typical among people who are not used to hearing foreign language. a similar example is a korean word "neh" which sounds like "deh" when spoken by a native korean.
Naurrr way
Hanni bunch❤
OH NAUR HANNI NAURRRRRRR 😂💀
Hanni: I don't think SAURRRRRR
"and behind it you put Ay yoo AH"
Add haurm (home) to the dictionary
Your nickname lmao 😂😂😂😂
Haha unfortunately it does..in the Shorts where Dani spills the water on the phone screen and then it starts typing “Lets gaurrr” on Phoning? 😂
ruclips.net/user/shortslsf2k3txRRs?feature=share
So cute and precious 😭
the wii song in the background looping the same 4 seconds was infuriating
Hanni: norway
Hanni ❤
AHHHHHHHHH SHITE LETS' GAUR
She said "let's go 🇳🇴"
it only sounds like to someone that dosn't live In Australia.
Its more for dani hahhaah "naurrr. Am nah gonna spohl anythin"
“sLEEped stg ELt”😂😭
Of course she sounds Australian too
Noice, Hanni! Aussie joke, no one else will get it lol
I just wish I had her voice right now-
The moment of acceptance😂
She giving rosé vibes in this live😭💕 back to 2020 i mean in hylt era!
That’s a movie brauuuu
I'm from australia and I was like what accent though doesn't everyone sound like that though I sound like that
It's okay, as an aussie i feel as confused as Hanni. Do we really pronounce it like that? I'm literally saying no and go but like i think its normal?
You do
Cause pronouncing like that is normal, where you are. The Aussie way to pronounce things is not normal in Korea with is why many over there find it interesting.
It’s actually more like “noy” than “naur”
because american english is the standard of all english in most countries thats y its kinda interesting to hear it in an aussie way 😂😂
Ikr?
Like, sure, I get the idea that we must pronounce words like that with longer o’s than other English speakers, but if so, how do you possibly make the o shorter?
In which case, do we actually say the o shorter somehow? But then making it longer sounds stupid.
I don’t get it.
I honestly wouldn’t care if it was just making fun of our accent like yeah okay we talk funny whatever. People make fun of accents all the time. But spelling words like no and go and so as naur, gaur, saur, etc. has become like a meme almost in kpop to the point that people just do it for everything and that really gets on my nerves.
I mean Hanni does sound like that but danielle she has a super strong accent and I think hanni isn’t as strong as danielle….😅
Edit: since this seems to be getting a lot of attention i understand that not all Australian accents sound the same and that it basically depends on where you came from so I hope we can all agree to that 🫶
For me Danielle doing it a bit over tbh. I have a lot of Aussie friends. They do have heavy accent in some region but they don't talk like Danielle. And Hanni sounds exactly like teen girl in Melbourne, very common accent. Danielle kinda doing it intentionally to make her charm, I guess?
@@doankimtuananh9317 yeah I was thinking that too
@@ttteea Danielle remind me of what Paris Hilton confessed years ago. She's faking or exaggerating her accent to gain attention. Paris Hilton had that kind of "Beverly Hills's Blonde" accent on TV and people liked it.
@@doankimtuananh9317 Danielle just happens to be from one of the parts of Australia that has a strong accent. A friend of mine who happens to be Australian too, sounds very much like Dani. And if you think Danielle is overdoing it, maybe you haven't met anyone with a bogan accent yet 😄
@@doankimtuananh9317Aussies from certain regions do talk like Danielle. She reminds me of western Sydney accent.

NAUR WAY!
한국말 할때도 말투랑 억양 특이함
COME OOOON so aussie lol
naurr wayy 😨
Every single aussie relates to that naur business. When that started becoming a thing, I kid you not. I sat there saying "no" for a whole 10 minutes wondering how you guys spelt it as "naur". To my ears, it sounds nothing like it. I now kinda get but also not.
It's because there isn't actually an R sound. What gives that illusion is the fact that it's a combination of oh + oo + uh. Combining 3 vowel sounds where one ends in the tongue being slightly lower in the mouth will produce that sound.
you sat there for 10 minutes saying naur, you mean. cuz you guys definitely don't say no :)
im australian so she sounds normal to me lmaooo
im not australian but ive been here for almost a year to study and yeah its normal asf for me 😭
“OK.” 😂
Let’s be honest her Australian accent isn’t too thick, Danielle is pure Australian tho😂
No, because our voices seem very similar 😭
(yes I'm aussie)
They are the most australian that has ever australianed in kpop omg
It sounds so nice tho
Aussie accent = an Irishman trying to do a cockney accent, because that's where most of them were deported from originally and the 2 accents fused together
Sure.
There’s like 10 different myths for its origin
As an Aussie I do confirm it def sounds like that 😂
I will never get tired of hearing Hanni and Rose (from blackpink) say "Naur"
Please turn the music up louder
As an aussie, were so used to speaking like that that we don't even realise. In day to day life we don't hear aussie accents at all but as soon as another aussie posts we question ourselves if we really speak like that
The realization 😂
It's the intrusive R. The British have them as well.
Denial acceptance and epiphany 😂
OK! Time to get the other Aussie with her for a duet. Have your people call Rosie's people...

It actually doesn't sound like that at all. It's a Korean approximation of her and Dani's Australian pronunciation romanised into English.
There is no actual English "r/l" sound at the end of Australian pronounced "no" or "go". It's closer to a rapid diphthong, but Hangeul has not an exact match for the particular vowel soundings. Sounds more akin to "너우" or maybe "노우", but the diphthong vowels are so blended that it sounds kinda similar, at least in structural pronunciation, to that tricky Korean vowel sound "의". Like how you blend "u" and "ee" together
It is approximated as "naurrr/gaurrr". Korean "r" is not even rolled nor a hard sound when at the end of a word, it's a flat sound with the tongue being pressed and flattened between the teeth against the top palate.
Sorry Hun but yes😂😂😂
KEN I GIT A GLASS OF WOTAH
"tsk okay"
i really thought Hannis voice would sound cute as her face
"Tsk, okay."
it dont tbh but idk its a meme sound more like nho gho
"i forgot the first line to ASAP" 😂😭
Wait was it before ASAP was released?
