It's 2 levels away from the hardest level (12), to show how hard 12 is, there's is only one song with 12 on a special difficulty, and not a lot of people have AP that, so 10+ is a fraction of it

I think is that Lowiro might find it hard to collab with phigros. Or Lowiro collabs with certain games ig. (I really want a project sekai x arcaea Collaboration. Well Arcaea has vocaloid songs like Sayonara Hatsukoi, One Last Drive and Dandelion so kinda possible). Anyways back on topic. Probably arcaea will probably not collab with Phigros sadly....
