I love this character because he reminds me of myself. He is a little faster on his feet than I am but the attitude is the same. No feelings in the workplace!
His metaphors are interesting but they often require references that aren't universal for the other person to understand as he often has to explain the context, which overall I think still effective but not generally memorable
