REIT should be part of your investment strategy for passive income! But not all REIT’s are the same. So choose 3 or 4 of the best among the listed ones. MREIT is a buy if Kevin is true in his commitment to add more rental properties! I hope MREIT will perform like the AREIT or even better than that latter👍🤗🙏
