Um help pls I made a project and it didn't go well so I deleted it but it won't let me make a new project

@@teopolinalatungika3228 hmmm is there a x button on the side of the thing, or you might be in the wrong website, I’ve never had that problem I’ll try to figure it out ill tell you how to remove it are you signed in too?
