What went wrong. Hed Pe were a killer band late 90s early 00s. Now they are average as fk. It makes me sad. Their debut is still one of the best albums I've ever heard.
Only about 4 songs in (listening to "Sophia" right now) and none of these song sound like they're "supposed to" so far (and I am NOT complaining). Saying they're covering their own songs is a dead on description. I've loved the reggae-tinged sound they picked up since Jahred's so-called solo album (hedpe was the backing band on it!) called "UNITE." Good stuff!

The band sounds great, but they don't vibe with each other like the old days. Still, sounds great, just miss Jared singing, sounds like he still has it in him just can't be bothered to go there anymore. Miss the grinder action too

Furthermore , I’ve been going to their live shows since before you were in twinkle in ya daddy’s eye, no doubt, and I still watch some other their other (better live shows) most nights but Jared and the band are far from tip top in this particular performance. It’s not a complaint, just an observation and comment. Take it as you will though
