The hollow sort of tone to the voice like it’s coming out of a tube doesn’t quite fit the high tech killing machine angle of MechaG or the fact there’s a second pilot behind it Angelina Jolie as Mothra: Great, she could give an amazing performance just lacking a proper filter but that’s nobody’s fault Colleen O Shaughnessey as Suko: Frankly, the voice sounds too much like a kid in a way that doesn’t quite fit Suko’s personality. There’s an innocence to the voice that causes a disconnect.
