I went to Beirut Restaurant day before yesterday, had Shawarma Platter and Fajitas with my friend, French Fries were under cooked, although they made it look shawarma authentic, its wasn't as authentic as i expected, the waiter tried to defend the chef cooking skills over our (customers value point).... The Toum sauce was authentic but bit sour (need to tone down the sourness)... its hefty Overpriced for limited quantity and not Genuine Quality , means it didn't felt like shawarma ... i even commented on their Facebook page, they deleted... Such ignorance and negligence is unacceptable for restaurant perspective ... i am never going to such ignorant restaurant ever again
I knowww. I made a post on my instagram regarding them. The first and second time i visited them it was good. But the third time was DISASTROUS. The shawarma only have garlic sauce and fries and negligible amount of meat. Felt like a rip off. So disappointing. Not sure if i will go again
you'll find the best best and the best shawrma behind Mascot Plaza,Uttara there is only one shop they sell after 3pm and this is the best Coffee Lime er side e 120 taka and worth every bite take Coffeelime er Orange Mojito and the shawrma
i haven't tried beirut restaurant shawarma yet ... ek din try korbo ... i tried many shawarmas/doners on many restaurants in dhaka and so far for me the most nearest authentic shawarma flavor i experienced was from Turkish Doner Kebab restaurant... i myself used to live in Saudi Arabia (jeddah) for 25 years therefore its easier for me to figure out the authenticity 😉 ... i think al amar might have improved the flavors of their shawarma because last time i had was dissapointing (dry, and no garlic sauce (toum) in it ....i also went for shawarma damasco , Shalimar kitchen dhanmondi and to be honest it was really dissapointing for me ... so far turkish doner kebab makes best shawarma in my opinion
Aaah nice. I was born and raided in Saudi too! I love turkish doner and kebeb. But have not their shawarma yet! Shawarma damasco is not really authentic. Quick fix at a very cheap price though so i do have it at times!
@@WhatsinmyboxWao Mashallah ... to be honest now a days i am missing Saudi Arabia mainly for its variety of cuisine starting from Arabian(Lebanese, Turkish, Yemeni & Egyptian) cuisine... laham/dajjaj mandi, al faham chicken / rotisserie chicken with kebsa rice by the afghani , afghani samosa, mantus (afghani dumpling) .. shish tawook , foul tameez ) Pakistani cuisine (briyani , korma, nihari ) south indian cuisine (masala dosa, idli ) and AL BAIK ... and because of these reasons i sometimes make it at home which sometimes turns out to be perfect....
The price point made the deciding factor. Cause taste wise i really do like them both. But for Beirut it was 500 tk for a shawarma and sadeew agro was 325 ish! Big diff when it came to price!
Why you making review in English? Is it for like foreigner or bengali people? You look like trying to show us that you know English very well but thats not true. The English accent of yours is so bad. Just try to talk Bangla!

Try Durum Shwarma Dhanmondi
You should have also tried Shwarma of Shwarma Damasco.
I really do enjoy their shawarma and have it often. But it is not quite authentic. Hence did not include it here!
