It may seem againat God but he created them as they are. I think if it as we have very definite personality types: the bossy ones, the analytical ones, the lets have fun ones and the supporter ones. Or the introverts or extroverts. Whatever you are, could you truly change from bossy to submissive? I think there are some born traits we cant change because that is what God gave us. Did someone say it is not for us to judge? Meanwhile, dont force others to accept your ways if its not their ways. i feel the "community" pushes too much, why do you have to be seen? It actually creates more animosity when you try to force ways, same for ultra religious. Let all fight together against the elitist forces that control us and keep us divided.
