Thank MP for raising this concern, its quite unfortunate. I suggest we need to think of reallocation to another free flooding areas if the has history of flooding. Government aids may take years n years to come.
People in Northern Uganda need to be supported to have permanent houses that can resist weather changes. Many people here have these traditional limping grass thatched houses, which can easily be brought down by any bad weather conditions. So this indeed is an emergency which the people alone may not be able to solve sin they're have limited resources. It's a call to those who can heed the voice of the MP and help the people. Blessed are the hands that give!!!
