If we are only speaking Sun signs then it would be better for a Pisces to end up with an Earth sign (Virgo, Capricorn, Taurus) because it would help the fish to ground their dreams into reality. If you have two of the same then the weakness will become more emphasized which can take over the strengths depending how detrimental the weaknesses are. Water and Water would not be an ideal matching.

Fellas please always use the vedic astrology and not the Western astrology. The vedic astrology actually checks the position of the moon and that happens a lot many times throughout the year. It's not necessary for you to be born during those dates to be a Pisces moon. In the vedic astrology what we check for is moon and your ascendant. The sun is only your life force, but what happens with you is based on your moon sign and Ascendant.
