That guy at the end who made the shakes was so awesome!! I can so relate on seeing someone you see or listen to musically and have your emotions go wild and hard to control at first it has happened to me before. He seems like a really good guy! I hope he gets so much bussiness in the future! His english was really great too! Really great videe Chris! This to me was one of my favourite videos. Too bad gladys wasnt there to make it perfect
Day 3 of donating to you, Chris. Enjoy another coffee. If u have time, try Ku Teew. It’s Cambodias version of Pho but only eat it at a nice restaurant since I don’t trust the water used in the streets. I’d also recommend Kampot for a more nature vibe.
quail marinated with khmer paste and fried are THE best. 43:26 i absolutely love his loud speaker😂😂 it’s so funny and creative, and his laugh is contagious 😂. bless him.
Cambodia is just like Thailand, though less modernised, and more authentic, and with loads of potential. I loved it here so much I chose to live here instead of Thailand. Support the people, come to Cambodia!
Love you for loving our country! We love Siem Riep and putting it down as our retirement residence! Thank you for promoting our country and being so sweet and generous to our people ❤️
Chris, I love watching your videos. You are doing a great service for the Cambodian tourism industry. I'm sure your videos has inspired many people to visit Cambodia. I am Cambodian living in Sydney, some of your videos brought back many fond memories I had in Cambodia. Thank you so much for promoting Cambodia and being so kind and generous to the Cambodian people.
Hi Chris! The first dish y’all eat was Bai cha ( fried rice), but the dish that you wanted to order was Mee cha (stir fried noodle). Enjoy your video as always.😊
Watching this brought back so many memories of our time in Cambodia! The street food, the warm smiles from locals, and the vibrant night markets-such an incredible vibe. Loved seeing you highlight the kindness and culture here! 🥰
16:09 The dish you mentioned "Beef Lok Lak" is actually a Vietnamese traditional food - "Bo Luc Lac". Because Vietnamese is the second most populated in Cambodia, so it is not that unusual for you to see a lot of Vietnamese cuisine there.
I love it too! That day I went to the hotel and left the guys filming the videos because It was Chris time yo share with his friend and also I wanted to you guys support Steve! ❤❤❤❤❤
Also thank you for repping and showing love in Cambodia! Hopefully you should do a mini tour at all the Cambodian community spots here back home! I live in Minnesota and we have the largest Khmer Buddhist temple up here. Again thank you and enjoy your time there!!
I love watching your videos in Cambodia on my weekend. You make my day Chris! Moreover, whenever someone sees you on the street talking to our people please help him communicate! Thank you so much!!

Actually, ANGKOR WAT has been declared the 8TH WORLD WONDER since December of 2023 beating Italy’s Pompei and is also the WORLD UNESCO HERITAGE SITE. The 8th World Wonder is not an Official Title but it is still rewarded and named. They should make it Official. Historically, there were only 7 World Wonders and Angkor Wat has been a heated topic of discussion for an addition to the World Wonders for a long time. Finally, it was accepted as the 8TH WORLD WONDER. 😊🎉
Hey Chris, Started watching your videos for the travel content, but now a huge fan because you are such an awesome, generous, and likable guy.❤ You are very genuine and treat everyone with respect. Noticed your friend did not pay for a single item. He could have at least tipped some hard working locals. ☹
Aww I cried a little the first time I had quails at some fancy restaurant. They were sooo tiny, but oooh they were roasted in rosemary and garlic too, so I didn't cry very long. haha
There are some Royal desserts and snacks that I tried as well but I don’t know what they are called. My friend doesn’t know exactly either. Maybe ask a chef? I remember 2 called Nom Voay & Nom Yip? Sorry, I added some more items. 😂 If you get a chance, visit Chef Rotanak whose Khmer Cambodian cookbook, “SAOY,” was internationally awarded the best in the world. It’s like the world Oscar’s for the food industry. When my Cambodian Friend introduced me to Khmer food for the first time, I was blown away. Here are some of my favorites: 1) Cambodian Beef Lemongrass Paste (Kreung) Skewers with Papaya Salad or Pickled Veggies. They can also make a baguette sandwich with this. I say try both versions. 2) Cambodian Sausages (Twago?) 3) Beef or Chicken Lemongrass Paste Morning Glory Soup (Samlor Majoo Kreung Takoon with Chicken or Beef) 4) Lemon Grass Paste Chicken Stir Fry (Cha Kreung Chicken, Shrimp, Crab, or Beef) 5) Green Mango Shrimp/Prawn Salad 6) Prahok Ktiss with Veggies for Dipping or Wrapping 7) Cucumber Chicken Salad/Slaw with or Without Clear Noodles (Ngoum Chicken With Cucumbers and Veggies) 8) Steak Salad (Plear Sach Go) 9) Sweet and Sour Fish Gravy with Veggies for Dipping eaten with rice (Thuk Kreung) 10) Sweet and Sour Chicken Soup (Samlor Jrook Chicken) 11) Sweet Corn Tapioca ( Pabor Pboat) 12) Black Sesame Coconut Wafers (Nom Tong Noon. Try them with Ice Cream like an Ice Cream Cone..so good!) 13) Beef Lok Lak 14) Shrimp or Beef Lort Cha (Stir Fry Noodles) 15) Nom Banjok with Fish or Chicken 16) Khmer Chicken Curry with Noodles, Rice, or Baguette. Try with Noodles first. Yummy! 17) Jackfruit or Mango Sticky Rice 18) Palm Cakes with Coconut Custard ( The best Palm Cakes in the world are in Siem Reap Pradak Village. They are so famous for their palm cakes. I tried them when I visited Angkor Wat recently. So yummy!) 19) World Famous Cambodian Kampot Peppers Stir Fry with crabs, chicken, or shrimp. 20) Steamed Amok in Banana Leaves with Chicken or Fish. It use to be a Royal Cuisine only for the king in ancient times, but now it’s available to everyone. 21) Banana Fritters 22) Nom Krook 23) Cambodian Mung Bean Dumplings (Nom Bang Janeuk) 24) Pumpkin Custard (Songkya Lapuv???) Happy Eating!!! 😊
I’m smiling alone while watching your video, can’t wait to go back my country in January 😊 I love everything mostly street foods in Cambodia except the raw foods for me . You should also try Lutcha that also yummy. I didn’t see you try it yet.

Keep up the great work, Chris! If you still in Cambodia or visiting again next time, please try Somlor Ma Chu Kreung Sach Ko. It is a very popular sour soup eat it with rice for lunch and dinner. Another favorite dish of mine is Pous Ko Terk Prohok (beef steak and tripe with savory prohok dipping sauce)😉
Not a baby quail. They are just extremely small birds. Absolutely amazing to eat (in my opinion). If they're cooked well like they cook them in Thailand, you can eat the bones and all, very easy. I like.
Chris. You should try cambodian soups. There's many kinds of soups like somlar machu greung, somlar koko, somlar machu ktiss. These soups pairs well with steam rice. Very delicious. I've seen so many people who visited cambodia who have not tried any of the soup. Or no one knows about it.
It's called krouch (baby quail) I heard you from Long Beach I was raised in Long Beach to Chris now living in bellflower which is not far if you attend Cambodian wedding in Long Beach they served quail so good
