What does it take to build a game studio from scratch with no experience? In this video, I walk you through the first 30 days of launching a game studio. From the initial idea to assembling a team, creating a world, and learning every step of the way, this is an honest look at what it’s like to start from zero.
Inspired by a new take on Red Riding Hood, this project transformed from a simple concept into something much bigger. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to dive into game development without any prior experience, this is the journey.

If you look into actual concept art as used in game dev studios - rapid fire AI generated art is actually quite in line with the need to quickly generate ideas that later go onto be developed and built upon. Most people have a warped view of what concept art actually is. It's not great, it's not pretty, but if it gets across a concept, it can be useful. This is often not actually released to the public, only presentable level art is usually shown.
