Fun fact: HOA are NOT LLC or Inc. Dissolving it will not protect its members from the legal fallout. Unless the HOA has insurances, the homeowners might lose their houses.

Get rid of any lawyer that suggest you to turn YOUR lawsuit into a class action. "Let's minimize both your chances of winning and whatever you win while you pay more to increase the complexity of the lawsuit so that someone else might benefit."

My question exactly! Why is the Michael Reynolds so aggressive towards the OP in vacating the house? Most homeowners would probably be concerned that they were involved in a fraudulent property sales. And would be concerned and quite anxious that they were being scammed, but they might also be understanding enough to want to see it out before anything else. But Mr. Reynolds passive aggressive tactics does not sit well with us at all!! What exactly is his involvement with Paterson and the HOA? What are the conspiring to accomplish?
