  • Sean Payton joins Colin Cowherd on The Herd as Week 5 of the the season rounds to a close. They begin with the Los Angeles Rams, who had a disappointing loss to the Dallas Cowboys Sunday night. Colin asks Payton to lay out where the Rams are falling short, and whether or not they can get out of this losing streak. They also discuss the Green Bay Packers, who may or may not have been out-coached in their London face off against the underdog New York Giants. Payton also weighs in on the Matt Rhule firing, and explores what led the Carolina Panthers to that decision, and celebrated his former team, the New Orleans Saints, coming away with a win against Geno Smith and the Seattle Seahawks.

Great coaching is soo damn fun to watch in the NFL. Watching Andy Reid and Sean Payton find a way to put up 30 points every week is awesome.

I guess you mean great offensive coaching, since if those guys were also held responsible for their defenses’s performance over the years, their reputation would be much lower.
