Superb video yet again Malc 👌and an amazing machine! I need to come down and see it in action hoping to get out and see Olly's new 8700TT as well. Love the tracking text I've been trying to get that working but not quite figured it out in Davinci.
Thanks Richie! The 8900 is a beast. I'm friends with the guys in the team, if you're ever in Suffolk at harvest time arranging things would be possible! It'd be great to meet up and for you to film the 8900. I'm not sure about the tracking text yet... most of the viewers I know will know exactly what they are looking at! I guess there is no harm in stating model numbers etc.... until I make a mistake and then it is impossible to correct! 🤣 I've need loving your videos too, the after dusk JD combine with all the lights looking fantastic!
@@MalcPearce Cheers Malc haven't quite got the night time settings a 100% on the Mavic 3 but nearly there. I did that once did a video of a wheeled Claas 630 and put it down in the description as a 630tt and someone commented so just replied they had over inflated the tracks and changed it toot sweet 😂 I'd love to come down and see it working so will take you up on that.
Hi there It is just a hobby but I've always likes tractors and other farm machinery. Where I grew up in Suffolk there were always tractors busy in the fields and harvest time was the best! I loved my Britains farm toys and when my grandma bought me the Britains MF 760 combine for Christmas 1978 I was so excited! I still have that model on a shelf here in the office! 👌🙂 Through my teenage years I was more interested in other things (electronics, computers, etc.!) but later on I get into photography, and photographing farm machinery was interesting, especially at harvest time. Twenty years ago I started a webpage malcp (.) com and put some photos up there. Then in 2020 my better half suggested that I buy a drone and that brings us up to date! I usually carry my drone with my when I go out, just in case I see anything exciting, and people give me tip offs of where they are working and if I'm free to drive out there and take a look...
Great vid malc will definitely have to head up to Mickfield again this year to see the combine in action
