Adding so much of new things and retaining much less so isnt it re modeling? Why not to construct completely new or just do the restoration work with originality intact
Well , that old houses stand for 100 years already, not really difficult to stand for another hundred since traditional building have amazing foundation... Modern building are shit after 30 years or so need check up and renovation that cost more than the actual house itself.... So just straight up demolish to build a new one....
