another lovely track... I sold my P08 and P12 to fund the P10... Its only when i listens to your tracks that I miss them ... they were a great combo too.. but hands down the Prophet5/10 was the the sound i was really chasing... thank you for this lovely epilogue...I will also miss your tracks with this amazing analogue beauty...

Yeah - the P08 was fantastic. It's gone now too, but I know the P10 is better. The difference is that with the P08, everything was a sweet spot, the P10 has such a large range it's so easy to get out of that.
The P12 though... ugh, I can't part with it because I think I'll just lose too much money, but it's one of my least favorite synths I own! Just everything from the oscillators to the filter to how things sound when they're modulated, I don't really like :/
Anyway, if you have the P10, I wouldn't be too sad about the loss of the P08/P12. :)

Absolutely beautiful. I briefly owned a Rev2 but ended up not keeping it. Maybe it was a mistake!

I find the Rev2 has a very special character with it's Curtis filters. It add a very different tonal texture to synths like the Juno 106.

@@LuddyVonBeat. P08 was essentially the same thing, just with a few less features/no 16 voice option, yeah?

      @@kierenmoore3236 That is my understanding.

@@kierenmoore3236 I think so, even tho some people say the P08 sounds a bit more "analog". But what I was trying to say is the Rev2 is my favorite synth. If I had to choose between my Juno 106 or Moog matriarch I choose the Rev2.

Thanks everyone - I had both a P08 and REV2, at the same time even. The P08 sounded much better to my ears. More 'fizzy' while the REV2 sounded more 'rigid' or 'harsh'. The REV2 could do more things, but while the UI was 'better' I didn't mind the P08 interface. Both were far worse than the P12 interface.
P08 so far is still my second favorite DSI synth behind the P10, but sadly, it is gone now too.
Either way - just my opinion.

Did you sell your PEK too? ....I think I'm slowly falling out of love with the idea of having one. But only just barely. Sounds beautiful, as always.

I haven't sold my PEK. I'm pretty sure no one will buy it (locally that is).
