Half cup atta Chali
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Namak 1 tsp
Mix
Dahi 2tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Pani as required
Make pera's
Grease plate with oil n set a side for 30 min
Suji ka halwa
Ghee 1 cup
Elaichi 3 4
1 cup suji
Achi trha bhony until color change
Pani 4 glass
1 cup cheni
Stire n low flame
Add some food color
Raisen
Coconut
Chana making
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1midum
Half tsp haldi
Red chili 1tsp
Some water
Coriander 1tbsp
Zeera pdr 1tsp
Half tsp black paper
Chili flakes 1tsp
Namal 1 tsp
Adrak half tsp
Some water
Lehsan 1tsp
Add boiled chickpeas
2glass Pani
Cook on high flame
Kasuri methi 1tsp
Tarka for chana
Oil 1/4 cup
Paprika powder 1tsp just
Garam masala
Alu ki tarkari
22 medium alu cut in Lil cube
Add water n boil
Mash some alu
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Kalwanji 1tsp
Namal half tsp
Haldi half tsp
Zeera half tsp
Pinch ajwain
Dhaniya 1tsp
Adrak 1tsp
