PhycoSerpent Studios to me, it looks like Tsukune and Maka of Rosario+Vampire (more like paper than anime) As (BEWARE, SPOIL INCOMING) Tsukune got a same tribal like tatoo on the same arm, due to his "Ghouliphication", what will change to Vampire near the end and, to me Maka surely can make such sad face ;)
