this is called asmr which stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. typically ‘asmrtists ‘ like the one you’re watching will whisper or speak softly or do visual ‘triggers’. these can stimulate a tingling sensation on your head or spine and other parts of your body which are called ‘tingles’. ASMR is used by lots of people to relax or help them sleep which is probably why you watched the whole thing
I use a red light filter on my phone at night and it's usually really dim because I'm trying to sleep. Because of this I couldn't tell if that picture on the right was a minion, Mike Wazowski wearing goggles, or a sideways picture of a badly rendered human. I zoomed in. I didn't think I'd get scared 😂😂😂

I can never remember if you’re an optometrist or ophthalmologist
I believe optometrist. opthalmologists are more like regular doctors but for eyes (like surgeries and stuff), where optometrists do more primary eye care like checking vision and prescribing glasses (or as Mr. SRP says, spectacles).

On the eye exam charts when he says “read the smallest line you can” I KNOW I have bad vision and still try to tell myself “no it’s ok. It’s definitely the screen’s fault” 😂
