I see a lot of people saying they are watching this for school. I'm just challenging myself! I'm 13 years old and I'm Danish so I thought it would be fun to see how much I understand!
+Bluesky Painting Very cool! You're doing a great job of learning English.
+DingLabs thanks! My mom was a teacher and my family likes to go to different countries so I learn a lot of English every day. I also go to the school that focuses the most on English in our entire town! I'm very happy that you uploaded this! It's pretty hard to get English books that aren't really easy in my town!

TheOneTheOnlyCrazyDave
What does it mean to be "bad at reading"? 🤔🤔🤔
TheOneTheOnlyCrazyDave Your user name cracked me up :) it brought back memories I'd forgotten about.
You see my older Brother, older Sister, and me, all have a younger Brother David, whom we call Dave. But many decades ago the name Dave, and the word crazy often occupied the same sentence😂 and way before that? Our older Brother used to call him, among other titles, Dopey Dumb David🙊🙉
But only if he did something really deserving. Like one Thanksgiving dinner I glanced out the window and here came little Brother around the corner, and half of his front bumper was nearly dragging on the road. We all took a look and couldn't wait to hear that story. :) but then instead of driving into the yard he stopped, and ran his car into our large Maple tree in hopes of straightening out the bumper. I thought we'd die laughing 😂until it dawned on us that our father would be home any minute. Not wanting Dave to get in trouble, with our father, older Brother quickly ran outside and did some stuff to the bumper, then He ran the car in to the tree, I could barely breathe by this point😹 however, big Brother and his knowledge made the tree ramming work, then he fixed the rest of it up good 🙈as almost new.
Dad came around the corner and down our street, without a second to spare😂we reheated dinner and all shared a happy day.
I forgot how the bumper got damaged, it was something harmless, and eventually Dave made it thru his teens ---and now has been a Grandpa many years:) and holds a great position in administration where he works. But he sure gave us some awesome memories.
Like his two imaginary friends when he was 3 years old, but that's another story, he will never lovingly live that down. 🤗 Despite our joking with David, he always held, and still does hold a special place in our hearts. ♥️
Like this Novel, as old as I am now I still love to hear, or watch, A Christmas Carol every Christmas 🎄it became special to me many years ago. It's message is still just as important today as then.
I have to read this my Monday, thank you so much!
