Ugh, I hate that Nathaniel got away. You could see the fear in his eyes when he thought Daisy was going to kill him. I really hope she quakes him apart in the next episode. He has definitely overstayed his welcome, and so has her sister. Like him, she is annoying as hell.
On another note, I really like James Paxton's performance as Garrett. It was a very nice way of honoring Bill Paxton by having his son play a younger version of his character.
They guy that plays brainwave on stargirl is supposed to come back as the chronicom hunter from last season

The actor for young John Garrett is Bill Paxton's son, James Paxton.
Well, he hasn't inherited the acting talent. It was painful to watch him.
Well, John Garrett acted humorously during the first season and would crack up funny jokes in front of his colleagues. The young John Garrett was sarcastic because he was still in training and haven't actually felt what it is like to go on a real mission yet. Going through future SHIELD missions made Garrett more serious compared to how he behaved when he was young. James Paxton literally did a good job to show what John Garrett was like before he became a serious SHIELD (Hydra) Agent.
@@alisonrae I mean, it's hard for younger character to be perfectly same as the original version. And also, didn't Bill basically play the same character in all of his movies? For me, James Paxton did a good job, not so great, but not so bad either. Anyway, I don't think James Paxton is the problem. My problem is actually that Nathaniel's actor. He has that Grant Ward vibe, but still not good enough. Maybe he's just lack of background story unlike Ward.
He’s doing a great job of making me want to see the character reduced to his component atoms.
I find it very beautiful they brought back John Garrett in Season 7, and it's even better they got Bill Paxton's son to play him.

So absolutely sad that this show is ending BUT i really hope we will get the Daisy Spin-Off, what is rumored for quite some time now.
Unfortunately, they announced some time back that the Secret Warriors spinoff was cancelled. However, there are still rumors of a spinoff focusing on S.W.O.R.D. If it makes you feel any better, they did an animated movie for Secret Warriors where Chloe Bennet voiced Quake.

Well, Daisy is now pissed. Nathanial shouldn't have killed Jaiying. They have teased us this so please, unlease Skye. Skye is on Avenger level (still a travesty that Chloe was never in the movies), really want to see her tear Nathanial apart, he is the most annoying villian, with Sirbl, he was nothing. 3 episodes lift so next episode, Fitz will return at the end of next episode, 2 hour finale, we deal with Nathanial, Chronicom forever. This is my theory for the next episode. In the finale, the team will time travel to the past to prevent this all, keeping the timeline intact as before.
in the comics Daisy is one of only 3 SHIELD agents with level 10 clearance you've met the other 2 in the MCU films
The only thing they really need to do is kill the chronicoms before they get to Wilfred in 1955, then everything is gonna be okay because everything that happened in eps 1-4(besides malick) were sorta time loops(koenigs learn about shield, Jemma fixes the EMP, etc)
@@othervids3726 Exactly, the timeline is screwed now so the only way to prevent the future changing, to stay intact is to prevent all these changes happening. The only way for that to happen is to go back in to the past when Chronicoms arrived in the 30's or when they met Wilfred and defeat the Chronicoms then. This will prevent everything from happening. The writers says they will acknowedge Thanos so my guess is the team arrives after endgame.
mumihp yeah, and more likely than not they can probably do that off screen after their final battle like cap with the infinity stones (but I would love seeing it all happen on screen too)

We have to see this, Daisy really needs to destroy his ass. Not to mention that she should be more powerful than him. Remember when Whitehall stole Jiaying's powers he didn't get all of them, just part of her powers - he got long life but he couldn't heal himself. So I think that Malick also doesn't have full quake powers.

@@bifa5414 My thoughts exactly. From a skill standpoint it makes sense he's better but we have a precedent that the original Inhuman is always stronger. Garret didn't lose his sight for one thing, and we know Gordon could see without his eyes, and sense people's emotions to a degree over massive distances, something Garret can't do at all.

Daisy is going to come in like a wrecking ball and wreck Nathaniel She still got the extremis virus flowing through her When she started to stand up and sort of glow I knew they'd cut out of that scene Faster than Slingshot That's definitely a tease for the finale. I hope she Totally goes full extremist like she did in the finale last year against gravaton. They've been going on such a low budget for these 12 episodes I'm sure we're gonna be treated to the special sauce for the finale of episode 13 that's where the money episode is that's the money shot I just can't wait to see how they do Daisy in that finale

Also Nathaniel might have had Daisy’s powers longer technically but Daisy holds herself back, to not damage things or hurt those around her. She’s going to destroy him.
Malick had more practice but Daisy had more raw power.

As well as her self they can’t use to much of there powers or they start to destroy there own bones and organs the gauntlets they make for her are straight out of the comics and she always has to have them, but I have to distwoth you experience trumps all dosent matter that she holds back he has a greater fundamental knowledge of them how to use them and more then likely how to counter them couse he wouldent want to be defeated
The sad thing is if jaiying actually went back to afterlife she might still be alive :(
Lovely to see Garrett show up as a young man played by the original actors son. Nathaniel needs to die, but first of all they have to deal with the colossal disaster they've accidentally caused. If Hydra gets its hands on Inhuman powers from Afterlife in 1983? The world itself may no longer exist by 2020-they don't really know what they are dealing with. Plus, mucking around with history never ends well-and the longer they are stick in 1983 the worse this is going to get.
Bonus? Daisy gets to know her Mother as she was before Hydra destroyed her in 1989. Drawback? Jiaying almost certainly has worked out Daisy is her daughter in the future, given Daisy has confirmed Jiaying tutored her 30 years later-but also that she never knew her mother, really. Daisy has either ensured her own existence by accident, or warned Jiaying something terrible is coming for her that will simply destroy who she is now, utterly. She might even have saved Jiaying without knowing it...

I think myself Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D should have more seasons, and also believe that Daisy if already has her Quake powers can beat Nathaniel and Kora and of course I believe that Jiaying train Daisy to do it

Afterlife , looks so different from season 2
The Inhuman Royal Family from the Inhumans television series back in 2017 wouldn't be in season 7 of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. because some of them were still children and some of them were not born yet in 1983 and most of the Inhumans on Earth in 1983 doesn't know about the existence of Attilan.
Besides it's best to avoid any ties to the Inhumans show as much as possible.

Nathaniel Malick is so hot (well, the actor), but the character has to die. Ugh. Most of this episode was quite infuriating. The ending was great, can't wait for the next episode. Only 3 episodes left!

@@Vanacloud this episode demonstrated that the time travel follows Endgame rules. So they can do what they like, change it as much as they want. It's in a different time line to the original one. So yes, Jiaying is dead. He spine was snapped the same way Daisy's father snapped Jiaying's spine to save Daisy.
@@akeeb8611 This has happened to Grant Ward because young John Garrett was killed in the past which means he never meets and recruited by Garrett and becomes a Hydra agent causing his future to altered.

James SM that makes sense I know a lot of Europeans were extremely pissed every Friday for the Mandolorian. But if I was one of those people I would have just keep saying don’t recommend to those video or channels if it shows up in my recommended. That way no spoilers. But the just my two sense.
Elite Clone kid I actually did that like I blocked all youtube channels that release aos content and said not interested but they still came on my feed I was annoyed. I also saw promo pics of the fitzsimmoms spoiler in the finale before it came out. Can be really annoying.

The Time loop episode sucked they should’ve focus ob the story instead of a filler episode
The whole episode was very important to the story.
The time drive was broken and they needed a way to fix it, they said it would happen in earlier episodes they built up to it. The episode went in heavy character development, and Enoch died... again. Plus there was some great humor in that episode.
If you didn't like that episode then you don't truly care about the characters. I could have watched that time loop go on for 10 hours and not get bored because I'd still be watching amazing characters and acting. Plus the budget was already cut this season and with all of the quake cgi in the last episode and them filming on the warner brothers studios for New York City they had to do some episodes that were cheaper but it's still one of my favourite episodes of shield.

E. 50 exactly. Not everything is supposed to be answered. This season is completely it’s own thing, while it’s revisiting old people we’ve seen/heard of, it’s own thing.
