Love, love, love this video. This couple knows, what love is all about. I used to have a neighbour with 2 rescued dogs, that they loved. When she was pregnant, someone, who always saw her walking her dogs and spoke to her said: now that you will have a child, I am sure you will get rid of your dogs.She never spoke to that person again. Her dogs loved her 2 kids, until they passed away (the dogs) and were their protectors. People, who don't understand dogs will never get it.😻

It was so sweet that he knew Mom was pregnant, almost before she did. The love and gentleness that he showed throughout the pregnancy was priceless. And, I love that he now waits for permission before going into zoomie mode. He takes his job as Big Brother and Protector very seriously. The Love is real!!!
I followed them on IG before the baby. I'm so glad that things have turned out so well and that she doesn't love Pony any differently now than she did before. What a great story. It makes my heart happy. All the best to the entire family!

Dogs are the best. They love, love, love their people, big or small. My dog loves the grands as much as I do and she cannot wait to see them when they come to visit. She brings them toys and sits by their side looking adoringly at them like they are the inventors of the world.

This just shows how very loving and giving young people are our best hope for the future. They gave Ponyboy the same love and affection they would to a child and that's how they developed a communication and bond with him that most people with pets never do. Their child and any future children they have are so fortunate to be raised by such loving parents. Is Ponyboy named after the main character in the "Outsiders"? I have to think this young lady might have read that book as a teenager. It's one of the best young adult novels ever written.

I found that one did calm down once I moved into the country after he was 10. He died of cancer and appreciated me so much When he was sick. Bless your heart-what a wonderful heart. People forget that hearts are muscles, and like all muscles, the more you use them, the stronger they get. Your heart simply grew to accommodate more love. Adam is a lovely, wonderful little boy, and all his life, he will remember and love Pony, the extraordinary big brother who dedicated his whole life to loving, protecting and playing with Adam. I know this because I've spent my life remembering and being thankful for the first dog, who spent every day playing with and protecting my brother and me. Our lives would have been very empty without her extraordinary love. Losing her when I was 18 nearly tore my heart out. It's a very special love - the first love between a child and their first pet. It teaches the child so much and is irreplaceable. Bless Adam and Pony.
We have two dogs, two cats and two birds. Our now eight year old daughter has grown up with them and is remarkably compassionate person because of them. She learned to crawl and walk because she wanted to be closer to our older dog. She's learned love and responsibility from the cat that chose her. And she aspires to be a vet because she loves animals so much. Kids and animals just go together.

My dog is a little reactive sometimes with adults and older children, but we've discovered that she loves anyone under two, and is super gentle and calm if allowed near them, although she's apt to get barky with strangers who are too tall or loud around "her" babies! It took us nearly two years to learn all this, because we are two old ladies who barely know any babies, but Our Princess knows her role in the pack is to protect the cubs somehow!
