FYI you should upload frequently (like at least twice a month) and have a specific time/day when you upload. And do shorts for all your long form videos. Even if people like a single video you make, they're not going to sub until you pop up a few times, or they see a bunch of other videos that they really like. So obviously that's difficult if you don't have a lot of good content for them to get interested in. Couple other tips... asking something in the video that would get viewers to share their opinion helps with engagement too, especially if the topic is something that has mixed opinions since viewers will debate in comments (more comments = better engagement ratings). To give an example you could ask which mastery course is the best. Naturally some people will say Lucio, others will say Dva, and then people will debate about that. Not the best example but you get the idea.
