I have done a few of these with them. Professional operation and never enough laps to be completely satisfied. I love the fact insurance is included and overall instructors have been pretty cool. Only issue I have (which I kinda get) is they always want to leave it in automatic to save the gearbox but it takes away from the overall experience. I did the 458 Evo Challenge this year and loved it.
I ended up paying for another 10 laps because the first 6 laps weren't enough...I also had it in manual mode and the instructor had no issue with me doing that....great day
