This song is basically a screw you from Pau to the critics who were calling them basically race traitors because alot of their songs are in english and not spanish. I like the song even though I don't understand it. (I did read the translation)
Absolutely, they called her a Malinchista, someone who has an inferiority complex about their own culture and worships a foreign one, along with other bad meanings like backstabber, traitor, disloyal friend. Plus other insults by envious people who were jealous of how good these girls were and are at such a young age.
That entire concert is next level. Not a weak tune in it. All three of them can sing. Ale's voice isn't as strong, and she doesn't really like to sing lead. Their three-part harmonies are absolutely stunning at times.
Dany and Ale actually said they were kinda worried the whole time because Pau was bouncing all over the place and they were worried about accidentally hitting her with their guitars. Pau truly is a palm-size powerhouse!

Dany and Ale had no idea what Pau was going to do. They were worried about turning and wacking her with their guitar necks because they did not know where she would be next. Pau is a powerhouse. Ale, the tallest, is 5' 10'" So they are all relatively short. Dany only looks tall compared to Pau. Dany looks really short compared to Lzzy Hale. See the video where Lzzy gave Dany a guitar while they were on tour together.
I read Ale is 5'7", Dany is 5'4" and Pau is 5'0". I also met them, although they were sitting at a table you can tell how petite they are. And they are so cute and polite! But on stage they sure burst into character as fierce rock n rollers!!

Pau is lightning in a bottle, for sure. Check out 'Disciple' and 'Dust to Dust', both live at Teatro Metropolitan.
