The algae renew has been my staple for so many years. It brings back life to my hair. In the first couple minutes I was like this ain't going to work. Follow directions. After coming thru and leaving in for 10 minutes with cap on. Babayyy! She gives life to scalp and hair. Soft and healthy looking hair.
I forgot to mention. Thanks for explaining how to use the leave in honey conditioner. I have used it in the past and thrown it out! I'll give it another try and use it as you described . Thank you!
You’re welcome! That one can be tricky to use because it really looks like honey from off the store shelves 🤣. I know several people who threw theirs in the trash too!
Definitely a Camille Rose fan! I like the “Almond Jai Twisting Butter” best: great for braid-outs, twist-outs, and keeps my hair moisturized for a week or more.
My favorites are honey hydrate leave, coconut water leave in, curly love moisture milk and spiked honey mousse. You're too right about the honey hydrate leave in. I cringe watching folks just slap it on their barely damp hair. I think the spiked honey mousse is sorcery. I'm on my 3rd bottle. I have used it with a light coating of kinky curly leave in. I do plan to revisit the Algae Renew dc and stylers since I haven't used them in many years.
I love Camille Rose lemon ginger shampoo, the Morrocan pear conditioner, the algae renew, deep conditioner, the growth serum, the leave in, twisting butter, and curl maker. I don’t like the honey products; the smell is offputting. I’m high porosity, so the moose is too dry to my hair. I am a Camille Rose fan!
Hello 👋🏾! Yes the honey smell can be off putting which is why I definitely wanted to warn people about the burnt honey smell. I loveeeee the algae renew. I just got the curl maker and will be using it soon. I am a fan as well. I feel like they make very good, high quality products. Thank you for watching and commenting!
No lies told. I've been using Camille Rose products for years. My favorite is that mousse. It's not drying, no flakes, gives me the best curls that are shiny. But bees will chase you, lol. Regardless I'll still be using.
I have purchased the Camille Rose Curl Maker, the Camille Rose Lavender gel, I have the Camille Rose Hair Milk, I also have the Camille Rose Honey leave-in conditioner
I soo totally agree with everything you said!❤ I am a CR fan and been using her product line since I did my big chop in 2013!! I also use her other product lines too!! They mix very well with the aruyvedic herbs that I mix into conditioners and shampoos with no problem!!❤❤❤
Hello hello 👋🏾! I have been a fan of them since my big chop. I chopped in 2012. They’ve always made high quality products. They are a trusted brand I keep going back to. Thank you for watching!!
i love the honey hydrate leave-in. ive been using it for a couple years now and it's a must have for me. i had been trying to find a more natural type leave in conditioner that didn't have types of alcohol in it(i know some types are good but i don't trust it) especially as the second ingredient.
I use always use a blend of the butter gel and the style setter, 1:1 ratio. So good for fine but dense hair like mine, and sensitive also. The products last for years. I also love the deep conditioner
Hello 👋🏾! Thank you for sharing your favorites! I just got the curl maker (I know I am so super late to this product 😂). I am going to be trying it with some wash n go combos. The mousse is such a great addition to my go-to products. Thank you for watching!
I love Camille Rose products. I started with Curl Love which I too use as a leave in conditioner. I also like the coconut water detangler and Cocoa Nibs oil. I'll be trying more products soon.
I'm a big Camille Rose fan. The coconut water penetrating treatment and Algae renew for deep condition, my only leave-in is the coconut water leave-in, styler: I switch between the coconut water styler and almond jai.
First..... your hair is gorgeous ! and Camille Rose Company needs to see this video and hirer you as their spoke model! I absolutely love the mouse! Video coming soon on a twist out using the mouse.???? Excellent review of each product. Thank you so much for always sharing awesome hair care and makeup videos with us.
Thank you for the compliment! I actually have done a video on a twist using the mousse before on my channel a while ago. Thank you so much for watching and supporting! I appreciate you!
Do you remoisturize your hair or your daughter's hair in between washes? I want to try the honey leave in, but since it can only be used on freshly conditioned hair, it sounds like I would have to use another leave in to add moisture between washes. I've always had high porosity hair, but big chopped and now have low porosity and am trying to figure out a new routine. Love your videos and your intro song!
The bottle and ingredients list has changed so I keep trying to find recent RUclips videos to hear opinions about the new formula but for some reason even videos as recent as this one still have the old bottle and the old ingredients list.
The truth is that most hair care companies don't label their products properly but the FDA made a warning to prosecute those found wanting since December 2023 hence, the changes in labelling and order of the ingredients, not that the ingredients changed per se.
Hello 👋🏾! I’d say if you like your hair to be lighter and not weighed down then go for the coconut leave in. The honey leave in is great for dryer climates though. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching!
@friedchicken892 you’re welcome! I’d say go with the coconut leave in then. It wouldn’t hurt to try the honey though, you never know how your hair will like it.
Too good to be true? I’ve definitely tried Camille rose products that I didn’t like. These are just the ones I like best out of all the ones I have tried. You can look up the products and check their ingredients list for further information.
What are your favorite Camille Rose products or favorite hair products overall?

Me too! They have such good products. I’m hoping they come out with a coconut 🥥 mousse to go with the leave in detangler. Thank you for watching!
I have purchased the Camille Rose Curl Maker, the Camille Rose Lavender gel, I have the Camille Rose Hair Milk, I also have the Camille Rose Honey leave-in conditioner

Hello 👋🏾! I didn’t know the ingredients changed. I liked this one a lot so i purchased backup bottles which is why I have the old bottle.
I love this stuff
Me tooooo
They changed the ingredients in the honey hydrate conditioner 😢😢😢 the first ingredient is NOT honey anymore!
Oh no! I stocked up on the original bottle so I didn’t know
The truth is that most hair care companies don't label their products properly but the FDA made a warning to prosecute those found wanting since December 2023 hence, the changes in labelling and order of the ingredients, not that the ingredients changed per se.
@uberhaute_naturalz84 thank you for that insight. I didn’t know the FDA stepped into that.
@@CammyjOfficial Yes and I read it from the Chemists Corner Forum
Coconut leave in vs Honey leave in?😅 I keep heating good things bout both!
Hello 👋🏾! I’d say if you like your hair to be lighter and not weighed down then go for the coconut leave in. The honey leave in is great for dryer climates though. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching!
@@CammyjOfficial Thankyou😍🙌🏾. I Live in ny sontie cold now but I like light leave in for sets with rollers.

@@CammyjOfficial I will🙌🏾🙌🏾😭! I dont want to be. junkie but everyones been ravign about these products for years so might as well try it
@friedchicken892 just try them and if they don’t work take them back to the store 😂! Use that return policy.
They just changed the formula of the honey leave in conditioner! That makes me mad.
Oh no 😞
Her products are to good to be true. Whats the health affects?
