Here are two tips: 1- While training with namekian, it's best to do it on land cuz u get a lot more hits 2- There's an option that lets u transform quickly so u don't need to watch the whole animation Edit: ok so no more training with namekian, they got nerfed to the ground. Just get an auto key presser set to "X" that way u can extend combo and u recieve less hits. Combining that with an autoclicker should give good results
Going back I wanna say, if you want to make sure a NPC never guard breaks you then hold A but if you want to be safe while m1ing then I recommend spamming A and D together to gain slight invincibility for a few milliseconds Cuz really.... the NPCs in this game are stupidly op, they seriously can just stamina break you and teleport you into them to do that, I'm seriously I got teleported into a NPC just for him to stamina break me, and mentors now require even more now. Yamcha requires like 1k just to spar and let me tell you, no matter how much strong you are, the NPCs will scale to you to cuz bullshit the thing helping you is your forms.

its also easier if you go to LotK because theres more ground and you wont fall to HIFL
