Lec 19

This lecture deals with the solid-liquid flow where we have highlighted different regimes of slurry flow and explained methodology for calculation of pressure drop inside a pipe carrying homogeneous slurry for both laminar as well as turbulent regime. We have also expressed the pressure drop in non-Newtonian slurry and heterogeneous slurry using two layer model.
