      I have a question. If you have LOTS of short hair at the top of your head, how can you tell if that's new hair growing at last, or merely hair that has broken off? I'm old and grey, so it's frizzy, but I don't recall seeing this before.

      @chagoot1024 i personally think its a mixture of both, i experienced some hair loss while enduring a lot of stress for some years , after i got into a less stressful situation i noticed a lot of shorter hair all over, so i do think its new growth and some may breakage that can happen for various reasons, hair ties or clips, how you comb your hair, if you style it alot with heat even certain clothes ive noticed seem to grab on and pull my hair out

    Very fun episode! For the future, the key really is mentioning your RUclips channel in the beginning! Then they can look you up to confirm, like the lady who agreed did. Saying you own a salon isn’t enough “proof” for most people. Which is understandable! Especially if the woman is home alone.

      @Ena48145it’s usually not related to what they do on their channel. It’s good to be cautious and not to do it regardless but the last video had 1.7M views. Unless he became completely unhinged, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t go around a neighborhood where he has a shop nearby and go door to door to commit a horrific crime and get immediately caught because of all the witnesses who now know what he looks like and that he has a salon in the vicinity. That’s even if he is ultimately a bad person. Even they have a sense of self-preservation and won’t crime so brazenly.

    Seeing a muscular man show up at your home to “do your hair” can be genuinely alarming for many women who are cautious about rape or home-invasion risks. It’s not about judging the man’s physique - it’s about the very real safety concerns women face when a stranger enters their private space.

It shows his skill and passion, people will know that he is a nice man to work with…There is a much bigger reach. I’m in the UK for instance and I’m watching this and he posted that video for free…

      Shampoos, conditioners, serums will not make your hair grow. It has to come from within. Like Nutrifol.

    • @denisemiller1787

      @lrhyne49able true but it's a combination too. What you put on your hair helps too.

    • @kmokatz
      @kmokatz 5 months ago

      @lrhyne49ableIf you improve the strength and integrity of the cuticle and shaft of the hairs, from the outside, there will be less breakage. Less breakage gives the illusion that the hair is growing faster or better, when it really is growing the same speed, just not breaking off at a certain point. So people can then actually see the length growing out.

    • @IyabodeR
      @IyabodeR 3 months ago +1

      @lrhyne49abletrue, it would not help it grow, however, products do help retain hair and the retain hair is what makes your hair look longer over time. Most people have a head of growing hair, it's the breaking that makes it look like it's not growing.

      Maybe go to poor people’s houses and do their hair or just shut up and watch the video? There’s always one person that has to complain. You know damn well rich people can have mental problems too, not being able to get their hair done. Or is that too high of a logic for you to understand?

    • @hueningpie
      @hueningpie 3 months ago +13

      @e@empty_seatnobody said they can’t.. but that’s like going around a rich neighborhood offering to pay for their groceries or cut their lawn for free..? like they can already clearly afford it. people in lower class neighborhoods statistically have way higher rates of mental illness and live shorter lives due to stress and fatigue. Working multiple jobs just to put food on the table and a roof over your kids head will always be harder to manage than being well off and having a house in your name.. they deserve good things too but if you are simply giving away a service that is already expensive, why give it to the people who can already afford it??.

    I think if you're going to tell women that you want to let them have a chance to relax and do their hair- it doesn't really make sense to instruct them to do it themselves. It just makes for added inconveniences. Part of the allure is the pampering, which I didn't see here. It might be a cool thing to get a folding chair and sink attachment to wash for them? Just a random idea. I also noticed that she wanted volume and didn't get that, though her hair did look nice. But she should get what she's asking for. I'm big on natural products for hair and body health so I wouldn't personally opt for the high silicones/chemical products. They may make the hair shine initially but it's just going to dry it out in the long run. I understand that there's a pitch for your product line though and getting that info out there for promotion purposes.

    • @kristinau169
      @kristinau169 5 months ago +21

      Totally agree with this!! He says he’ll pamper her but then she’s doing the work.. lol. Just a way to promote a product line.. I did still enjoy the hair tips.

      I'm a Cosmetoligist, and yes, he does say he's doing the hair and pampering, which he does to an extent. Having her do some of the work helps her gain knowledge on how to use the products and tools to get hands on experience and the same look as the stylist does for her. Otherwise, it's useless. I do agree he should have a way to wash their hair for them. In all, I think he does a great job.

Seriously just God Bless her for being an example of a good hearted and spirited woman and letting/allowing people into her life and business 😂😂😂 all while being cautious reasonable and smart. She did not sacrifice having a genuine unique/original human experience for feeling threatened for really no other reason than it being out of the ordinary. Kudos to her!! Fabulous!! This could really become a viral, fan-favorite segment. The analysis of products people use and why, how to use styling tools more efficiently, and all of the tips and tricks of styling - it's all so relatable! The fun part is that these are everyday women. One idea might be to have locals submit themselves or deserving women in their life for a "surprise" visit. It would save all the time and explanation on the front end. It's such a fun concept and you are the perfect person to beautify women, one house at a time. 🥰

    Yeah, u would want to be very clear and specific about who you are and what you do right out of the gate. People do NOT LIKE being approached at their home. I think yall would have more luck approaching people walking by out on the street in busy areas. I have done several jobs going door to door and you just never know what you're walking in to. Whereas if you talk with folks while they're out and about, they will be up for fun and conversation. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!!!

    Soooooo grateful to have found you! Singlehandedly cleared all of my questions and changed the health and softness and overall understanding of my hair within just a few weeks.❤ have purchased and been using some of the recommended products (leave in, redken shampoo and purple mask, olaplex 3), and along with the usage and general care recomendations i am just utterly stunned of the change in my hair. I'm positive my friends will comment on it the next time i get to see them as i have been banging on about wanting to grow longer than my shoulder long hair but not been able to do it.😂😂 i already can see some little cm of growth that i would have lost if not for you! I don't necessarily wanted to have the longest hair on the planet i really just wanted the look of healthy, well cared for hair, and i already achieved that. I am going to replace the rest of my products as i use them up and exchange them for your recommended versions. Mainly excited about the olaplex hair oil. And excited about the journey ahead, i just know i will have gained various inches of hair this time next year, cant wait to see and feel what thats like. Thank you again, and for anyone wondering if its worth it of what to get, start with watching all his videos, getting the leave in conditioner to use along with your regular conditioner first and some high quality hair oil if you dont use one already. I promise it'll give you everything you want and more if you've been wanting a change in your hair!🎉

      Maybe, but that's a very different environment when you're sitting in someone's salon, but you already shop in the area and you already know it's there. Having people from his salon, his customers, sign up while they're there, defeats the purpose. As they surely have already used his products, experienced his work, and know his style. You know what I'm saying😊
