Himachal Pradesh is one of the Himalayas mountainous, beautiful state like Kashmir. It would be a heaven/entirely different topography for the people from plains (States), hope, all would enjoy it. To travel in this state, one should have good health, since connectivity of cities are by long road only. Government should form a "Technical Committee of Experts" to chalk out programmes to increase the education/employment opportunities for locals, without pollute/disturbing the environment.
